Lol...My mom is from Loiza but my dad's fam is in Carolina what part ur fam in? mine is En El Pueblo al crusar del municipio....You know they are madd cheap b/c the island in bankrupt and they are gonna be without water for like 3 weeks...It should be back on when you go but u may wanna take a couple of Axe sprays and some bottled water... :o)
