how old does a car hve to be to be sold with just the bill of sale? just a quick question if anyoen knows

I know that if its older than 20 years then it doesnt need a title to be sold so Im sure thats when the bill of sale comes into play.

its 100% either 15 yrs or 20 years...
I didn't need a title
i'm leaning towards 15 though

It's 20 years. All you need to do is walk in with a bill of sale on the car and they'll register it. (I know because my AE86 is a 1985, thus no title needed)
