Wouldn't it be the same filter for the domestic SR20 that came in the 200SX and such?

head to nissan and get filters for a 91 sentra se-r. thats what i do. if its a RWD and you didnt leave off that intake manifold bracket when you put the motor in, be prepared to remove the alternator to get the filter out. i was in for a big surprise when i did my first oil change

Make sure it's on snug too...a few members on here can vouch for them coming loose or even disapearing ;)

No you can leave the alt bracket on, just remove the alternator ( i take the belt off and loosen mine and slide it out enough to get the filter out)

or there is a bracket on the intake manifold to the block u can take off and slide it out through the back.

what the hell are you guys smoking? i do regular oil changes with both the alternator and the manifold brace in there and haven't ever had an issue getting to it.

edit: don't use PureOne oil filters, for some reason they don't fit (they fall off). Mobil1 or Nissan work great

i had one fall off the car... then drove it home a few miles with 0 oil pressure. somehow the motor is still running strong to this day ;).
