Wow, that is really mature. Congradulations on further ruining the reputation of anyone who works at a firestone bridgestone. Hence the reason I will not walk into one of those stores to purchase tires to install myself. After watching one of the stores employees wrap a twin turbo supra around a light pole...

I have no effect on Firestone's Image or representation as I'm not employed by that company; i'm merely tryin' to assist people seeking employment. My remark was solely a response to your sarcasm [see post # 11] I kept my statement consistent with yours.
You're image of the company is already biased due to the mishap that occurred with that TT Supra so i'm not furthering any notions that you have about firestone.

No, its not just that, its everytime I've attempted to give them a second chance, third chance, fourth, and they screw up everytime. The people there are incapable of doing their job.
Are there people worthwhile there? Yea, they are in bondage waiting to get a better job somewhere else.

Well you did a good thing, giving the company the benefit of the doubt.
The manager @ this location is a pretty cool guy, I can only vouch for him.
As far as service goes. they put two front tires on my car and handled that job well. They due oil changes, brakes, tire rotations etc. on our fleet vehicles. They are very honest as well ie: if a vehicle is sent in for an oil change before its actually mileage; they'll let us know of the discrepancy

 Correct me if i'm wrong but I think it's safe to say that you despise Firestone.

Yes, I made the mistake of working there for a short while, and after getting screwed out of serious money, having lots of tools stolen, and told to piss off, I did. Haven't had a good experince at all with them. I had a rental car and was out of state, had to get it serviced, took three trips to the store to get tires put on it. And after they got done, I took a torque wrench out and we found that they had torqued the wheels to 350 ft/lbs+ of torque.
BUT, a manager makes all the difference, Ive never had the experince of a quality manager.
