what mods need to be done to make them fit on an 02-03

They'll fit, you just have to drill 3 new holes, 1 lines up fine, and the contour at the bottom edge is diffrent (sticks out further).

I have aftermarket tail for an 02-03 on my '04.

Make me a *decient* offer and they're yours.
