Best Cams.

NOT SURE THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE SO.....YEA. I was wantin to know what the best cams where for a type r. I know researching is what im goin to hear, done that but i want to here from peoples experience so let me know whats up.

it depends on what you are going to do with your car. just street or track or full out race.
there are many good cams out there for many applications. skunk2, rocket motorsports, jun, toda, crower, and many more that I can't think of at the moment. also with some of these cams you will have to get dual valve springs to support the lift and duration . but call vteckidd(mike) at mainstream and he can point you in the right direction for your motor.678-567-9384

rocket motorsports gets my vote. the last time i checked they only sell there came with there valve springs.

for a stock ITR, i would got with Buddy Club3s. they can use factory valvetrain an they are similar to like a Skunk2 Stage1.

If you want to upgrade your valvetrain, i would run the Skunk2 PRO1s.

I think on jhpusa they are selling the buddy club III package for like $750, includes cams and valvetrain.

Not to whore this up, but would ITR cams majorly out-preform my GSR cams? is it worth upgradeing?
