Can stock LS vavletrain with stand stage1 cams? Also, are cam gears needed?

yeh you can use stock valvetrain on stage 1's, and yes cam gears are needed.

depends what cams they are. if they are crower 402s, then youll be fine on stockvalvetrain.

403 an 404s youll need valvetrain
