Any of you Eastside folks know who this is? Saw him on 20 West Tuesday morning. Had black wheels and Tein stickers just above IA stickers on his side back windows. Black guy driving. Later, QD.

Was it an SI with a body kit and hood? I might know em, but it was from a long time ago....
