mid-pipe catback exhaust and stock airbox for a DC2

as topic says im looking for a cat-back or aftermarket mid-section that is mandrel bent i have apexi sportmuffler i'd like to have cat-back to put it on instead of chopping up my factory exhaust.
i need a factory air box for Ls or GSR integra
