View Full Version : Misc Default windows passwords??

we have windows 2000 at work and i was wondering if there was a default username and password to log in. i want to play a prank on my manager and fuck with his head a bit but dont know his password. Somebody at work helping me plan this told me he thought there was a default?? anyway, any help is appreciated

wait isnt win2k the one you can click the cancel button on login and it will log you on anyway?

Nope the password is set customized from the installation. There is no default password. Other wise microsoft would have an OS that could be hacked by anyone.

BTW that was windows 98 first edition, not W2K just so that you know :goodjob: no offense intended.

MS does have a OS that can be hacked by anyone ..... it's called Windows and they've been left open.......:)
