anyone got one for sale or know anyone that has one for sale? im the market for a starter bike. I have heard very good things from these, especially to only be a 250cc motorcycle. ive riden dirt bikes, and racing4wheelers my whole life, just never been on a crotch rocket.

how much do you weigh? if your answer is more than about 150 i'd suggest looking into the 500cc model instead. it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast, but the 250cc ninja is seriously lacking pull for adult sized riders ;). the ninja 500 and the Suzuki GS500 would both be great inexpensive starter bikes. also if you've ridden dirtbikes for a long time you may like supermoto bikes, but they tend to be a little more on the expensive side compared to the other two i mentioned.

yeah my first bike was a 2002 250, i liked it but got bored with it fast because everyone else i wanted to ride with had 600-1000 cc bikes , but yeah man i would start on a suzuki 500 or something fisrt and move up from there honestly, but to let you know on the price my fist one was like 2000 with tax and tag and shit, but yeah man i would really look into the 500's cause of your weight, i only weigh 135 and i am riding a honda 900 RR now, (talk about fast lol)

well i rode my friends 06 gsxr 600 and i have decided i really like the power on a 600cc bike. It seemed perfect for me. However i need to ride a 250 just to see what its capable of. Not gonna be a daily driver just a weekend cruising bike.

There's a green ex 250 with 8000 miles for sale at the apt. complex I work at. Not sure what year it is but he wants $2000. I could find out more if you're interested.

right now 2k is slightly out of my price range, i understand thats about the going rate. Im still strongly contimplating what to get. Thanks for the offer man. I need to go get my motorcycle license soon, and then start looking at gear first. I might start with a 600 after riding my friends and falling in love iwth it.

I only want this to cruise country roads, you wont catch me dead in the city on one.
