the evap system is a system that like when ur car sits especially on a hot day and the pressure builds up in the gas tank it has a place for the fumes to go instead of into the atmosphere like in older car. it saves the atmostsphere from damaging hydrocarbons(raw gas) and it has a charcoal canister that absorbs the raw gas and puts it back into the engine to burn it when the engine is running and so on and so on. it could be a couple thing that could cause that. two main things are does it have a gas cap and is it tight and do u top off ur tank when u get gas.

the second thing im lost on lol dtc=diagnostic trouble code, mil=malfuction indicator lamp, cel=check engine light obviosuly. they all really mean the same thing. aisin is like a manufacturer stuff from what i know and it seems u have to have that kinda scan tool or something to get to it but manufacturer codes or special codes usually start with a 1.

i hope that helps at all, good luck
