it's a 2 bed 1 bath (i'll be living there) , big living room, front enclosed porch.
Rent is gonna be ~425/month + Utilities. Available for you to move in July 1.
house will be furnished... your room will not be but I can probably source a single bed for a low price.. otherwise bring your own bedroom furniture
