Im actually ticked that they are only doing it as a 1 hour episode tonight, All the other major finales have been 2 hours. This episode I think will be to much packed into one hour, But I cant wait to see it.

the dude at the end that he "killed", he was just hallucinating, he didnt really kill him....kinda confusing episode you had to stay tuned in and know what was real and not.

Ok. House got shot... Then "he was in ICU with the killer"... and throught the hole thing, there were signs that he was hilusinating (sp). He kept going in and out of them, then at the end, he killed the guy to stop the hilusnation (sp), and he woke up, and was being rolled into the ER just after being shot. So basically saying... everything that happened in the show was a hilusination (sp)...

And yes i know i suck at spelling, tyvm.
