People in FL making and buying "car condos". $200,000 for a three cars place. Kinda like a yacth club but for cars.

I'd do it if I had the money and cars, but I promised myself when I was younger that I wouldn't own more than 5 cars/motorcycles at the same time if I ever became filthy rich. I think thats a good policy even if I dont become rich. On a side note Jay Leno has 3 or 4 airport hangars where he stores/restores his cars and bikes.
