i just quit my job that was 100% commision.
didnt compete, we all took turns and usually ended up withthe same amount of sales at the end of the week.

but then the company started trying to fuck me over

i'm 100% comission, and its ok... definatly has its high points and low points... i'm just lookin forward to the grand opening we're doing in knoxville... thats supposed to be a BIG ASS store, and should pull in some serious bank! :D
