I will be leasing out a loft in the heart of downtown athens. everything is close to the bars for you drunks, starbucks, nice beautiful park for you hopeless romantic, and a strip bar for you perverted bastards. Rent is 1350, plus 150 for utility and will be divided in 4. which is 375 with cable internet and electricity. it is a 4 bedroom 2 baths with vanitys style restroom.
requirement
must clean after themselves at all times. i dont care if your room is dirty, as long as it dont stink. just clean after yourselve if you are eating in anywhere but your room.
would not mind loudness. me and a buddy is sometime a bit loud.
