It does. Not exactly a turbo kit, but might be a good start for a low boost application on a stock engine. Too expensive though imo.

The BRAND NEW intercooler is about half the price I'm asking for the turbo kit. This is a cheap turbo kit for someone who wants to replace some parts or use on a stock engine.
