He speaks the truth lol... As a general rule, the only jiffy lube employee that knows the ANYTHING about workin' on cars, is usually the guy in the pit. Rest of them are just salesman who happen to know how to pop an air filter off.

I would never take my car to Jiffy Lube (except for when I worked there) simply because I refuse to pay $30 for an oil change.. I got nothin' against the guys I worked with, but Jiffy Lube in general sucks.. We didn't rip any one off like the guys in the video, but I consider $30 for a basic oil change a rip off in itself.

If there's one thing you should pay someone to do, it's change your oil. If you're paranoid about them using crappy stuff...then bring ur own oil and filter..and then watch....it's kinda hard to pull that Jiffy-Lube shit when it comes to changing oil.

yo B....a local NBC (Cali) affliate went around to 9 Jiffy Lube's and 5 locations ripped them off, charging for services that were never preformed. They hid two camera's one under the hood, and under the chasis to make sure no work was preformed. When called out by the reporter, they all said it would have to be taken up with district manager. They track down district manager and when confronted says he is a customer by the name of "Alex" and owns a red Camaro....reporter walks over to group of kids and ask is the camaro theirs, they say yes, and district manger looks like an ass. They send tape to Jiffy Lube hq, and they tell reporters that was indeed the district manger.

LOL.... i used to work at jiffy lube as my first job 4 yrs ago on hwy 78 near best buy and we had the old school machines so they guys up there would sell the services and never do it. and when the customers wanted tire rotation the guys would tell me to just take the lug nuts off and put em back on without rotating them. Also they would have me clock out when there aint no customers and when we do have customer i clock back in and when we are done they have me clock out again, THATS SOME BULLSHIT. so fuck jiffy lube

I used to work at Jiffy lube as well. Every one would take turns going up to the storage floor above the lobby to smoke the green. Our original boss, was relocated to another Jiffy lube, and the 21yearold assistant became manager. He was still a kid, and was not the best manager. We did not rip anyone off, but we ripped off jiffylube. Basically we would just tell the people that came up (picking mostly teenagers) 15-20 in cash now, instead of $25 through the system. So we would change the oil and pocket 15-20$. Almost everyone there was a dumbass. I got in fights with mainly two guys that worked there almost everyday. Like this one toothless mother fucker thought it would be funny to get wd40 and make a big smiley face on the hood of my black stealth, since it was a rainy day and the wd40 repels water. I went and started to talk shit to him and he spit in my face, so I punched him in the face, he comes and swings and misses bringing his head down and I punched him in the back of the head. It was infront of jiffy lube next to the street, so people were honking and starring, so the boss comes out and sends me home. Which was bullshit because that toothless redneck piece of crap started it all. Anyways the people there acted like kids 24/7. One of the main things they would do (especially the manager) is get those red shop rags that have oil on them, light them on fire and throw them at each other. They did that shit every day. It wasnt long before the boss and I got into fights. That motherfucker got mad at me and told me I had to come tomorrow at 8am. I was like WTF I cant wake up before 12pm. And that fucker told me that if I didnt show up then dont bother to come back. That shit pissed me off, so I saw his Mountain Dew on the counter not yet open. At first I was going to put some antifreeze in it, but decided to just piss in it. So I grabbed it when no one was looking, took it to the bathroom, poured about a fifth out and stuck the tip of my dick to it and filled it up rubbing it all over the rim of the bottle. I didnt stop in time so I ended up pissing on the bottle as I started pissing in the sink. Anyways I wiped down the bottle, and placed it back on the counter. The assistant manager saw me, and asked what I did to it. I told him not to worry and not to tell the manager and left. I show up the next morning and the managers bottle of mountain dew was still on the counter, as if to make a point that he did not drink it. You know he probably did take a sip, and acted as if he did not fall for it. Either way that mother fucker then changed my hours all to opening hours. So I gave Jiffy lube and the manager a big fuck you and quit. It was only about another month before the Manager got fired, and half of the employees from losing thousands, from having cigarettes in the Pit. There were a shit load of cig butts in the Pit and each one is a $1000 fine. So long story short, Fuck You Jiffy Lube!
