fashion question: which way does your belt go?

I was curious to know, which way your belt is suppose to go?

Is it one of those things, like women do it one way, guys do it the other way?

Do you start at the left loop and go around, or start at the right loop and go around?

Or is there no right or wrong?

it's quasi in.. the only belt I do that with is my work belt... most of my other belts I go to the left with because they have something going on on the buckle... my monogram, a design, something...
