Nice man very nice...I have been looking for 4 bdrm 2.5 baths in my area and in suwanee area and they are not that bad (FOR NOW). Hell all the neighborhoods in and around my neighborhood, the houses start at 300-400s. Nice house man even though I am 19 I'll be making that move into a new house by fall.

I believe I drove through that neighborhood the other day. It's got 2 entrances and one of them hasn't started building yet? It just has the roads through it.

When I built my house, it was a nightmare for the first 6 months. There are tons of little things here and there that have to be adjusted or fixed. My contractor wasnt the best I admit, but there is so much to building a house that there are always things messed-up and missed.

Fuck, I hate cold feet. I might still buy this one, but I have the weekend to continue looking... :) I did some thinking on it last night. Maybe I can find a better deal, maybe I can't.

How long have you looked? I looked for atleast 2 months. Then I found mine, and I knew it was the one. Don't buy it unless you feel that way. I could of bought one of the first few houses I looked at, but it wouldn't have been as nice (not that mine is anything special).

Oh, I know. I just want to settle any last nagging doubts. I will probably still go with this one, but I just want to make 100% sure that nothing else jumps out at me.

Behind my house is one of those overflow pond thingies..I didnt like that.. but I am no happy we picked this house.. I couldnt be happier

I've been driving for 15 years, 3.5 of them in a very expensive and flashy sports car. The 4 years before that, yet another fast, flashy car. I never have had problems with the cops...
