Looking to move into an apartment in the Gwinnett area around the end of next month. So let me know if there's anybody out there looking to move into an apartment. Or if anybody has a house they are renting out let me know. Preferably someone in the 18-25 range, male or female...doesn't matter. Must have a steady job and be able to cover their 1/2 of the apartment without help. I don't have a problem w/pets, no drugs or druggies, I don't care if you smoke cigs, or drink.

I have a room for rent. I live in The Prescott Apartment off of Pleasant Hill. It's fully gated, tennis court, pool, weight room. The apartment is 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. It's fully furnished except for the room and bathroom. Rent is $455 a month plus utilities(only water and electric). It's on the 3rd floor, spacious room, walk in closet. Very quiet and very secluded-it's less than 2 minutes off the exit but you cannot see it right off of Pleasant Hill.
