yes, yes it would, and shipping would run them in vietnam more than they would want to pay.

options you have, get someone on here to get one for you from buford hwy and you paypal them cost of hat and shipping. I'd honestly say since the hat doesnt fold up or anything, a box with shipping from here to you would run 10-15bucks.

or just keep searching for rice patty hat's on the net and order it that way.
