To answer your question, continue to not pay for it. Ebay will delete it for you.

Well if its a case of where you bid on something and dont want to pay, you can retract your bid if the auction is still up. Or you can communicate with the buyer to discuss paying them a few dollars to list their item again.


On the other hand, if you did something shady, its your own fault. Youll get caught.
