I just recieved a set of slotted rotors approximately a month and half ago and it just seems like they are seasoned, since Im able to feel firmer braking. A lot more than when I first installed the front and rear rotors. However my question is, that I was going to upgrade to a different set of brake pads, and out of curiousity would I have enough time to bed in the pads since I dont drive my car everyday?

Bedding your new pads should only take a matter of 15-20 minuts if you do it correctly. You do a series of stops each time getting more agressive. While you do this you do not want to stop your car until the brakes cool down. I'd say do about 6 stops from around 40-60mph to 5mph starting pretty easy and gradually stopping harder to where on the 6th stop you are almost locking up the tires. After you're done, cruise around and let them cool down a bit then you should be good to go. FYI, your pads may smoke and smell... Thats normal.
