You know, it's a situation like this that begs the question "How do you answer for something like this?" I mean, do you just wait for the owner to come in, and say "Well.. there was a slight accident..." Or do you call them and let them know?? You're fucked either way.... Sheebus. And what do you say to the tech responsible? I mean, are you nice when you fire him/her? Are you an asshole? Needless to say the tech already feels like an idiot...

why is there no front jack supports?

oh i guess they tried to lift the whole car from the middle

they thought the weight was equal on the front and back..lol 50/50 wr

It's a two prong lift.. the prongs go out from a single "tree" in a V shape, so they support the car at the four lift points. Basically, it's idiot proof... well.. it was till this happened.

No idea where that is... I got it off the explorer forum I'm on.

i've seein this happen before, if not careful when u lift a car sometimes if u position 1 of the arms at the edge of the frame support it can kick out. u can see all the other 3 arms are still in position except for 1.

Anyone have pics from the one at the mercedes dealership? i can't seem to find them....
