i will be the owner of a 1990 240sx fastback by monday....im getting a new clutch kit installed in the car on monday so i will take pics when i drive it back home........any advices? :D :D :D

if I were you, i'd leave the car stock then add on as you learn to drive it... it's always best to learn to drive a car at it's limit before increasing the limit of the car beyond your driving ability... make sense? lol

brakes,
lsd,
coilovers,
bucket seat,
sway bars,
strut bars (if you wanna understeer)
lastly power...

most kids just want an sr20 so they can go woosh and do donuts thinking their the drift king... then they dori dori into stationary objects and fuck up perfectly good 240sx's... don't be like that please :D

its not a perfectly good 240sx, its a 90 hatch. theres a big damn differance.

i've got hatches saved up right now for after the fast/furious movie comes out. i plan on retiring before the age of 25.

yes but only after i transfer the lsd, 5 lug conversion, and z32 brakes to my other car, and im only going to have time to do that when im out of school (3 more weeks).

150k, full harness, ecu, flywheel and clutch. i, or my sister, drove on it everyday for about a yr before i swaped the sr. didnt burn oil, but i would replace the oil pan gasket whilest the motor is out. its an auto motor if that makes you feel better? $250 and its all you.

Start out with basic stuff. Get a new suspension, chassis stiffening stuff, and a new intake/exhaust. Do all that before drifting. You may say "Why the fuck would I do that?" I'm just saying 'cause I've seen idiots do that and wreak their dars. Anyways, after you get it modded to at least that point, go practice in the back of a big-ass warehouse before doing shit on a road.

good advice dude....i already got a place to practice....im currently getting a brand new clutch kit, pully, timing kit installed...the car is making some weird noises with the crankshaft so its getting some "fabrication" works in the crank.....after that, im going to do some suspension work, but so far, i dont know what kind of things i should do to the suspension except coilovers, struts, and maybe a camber kit....any suggestions?

hey khoi i looked at the exhaust today and noticed that though the muffler is apexi, the piping is custom, and it was welded to the cat. make me an offer. i would need your cat and the rest of the exhaust system as part of the deal. lmk

man...my engine is giving me a headache...the mechanic did stuff to it and now the idle isnt stable...he says its the timing chain, it need adjusting...so i dont know...i might need to save up for a new engine...so im just going to look for suspension stuff for the time being
