hrmm... $75k cash. Probably go in with another person or two and pick up a duplex or triplex... Putting 10% down, say $10-15k each yielding a decent return above the mortgage while hiring illegal immigrants to remodel and maintain the building and yard. Initial investment estimate of $15k leaving $60k WITH additional income.
Invest $10k into a self-employed business, can't give details but is low overhead and the initial investment would be returned the first quarter leaving $50k PLUS 2 additional incomes.
You KNOW somewhere a car has to be involved...turbo radical maybe? naw, too pricey out of the box. NSX twin turbo dream build? err, cutting it close and don't want to spend all the money at one time BUT isn't out of reach if kept to a strict schedule over say a 2 or 3 year build. Insurance auction theft recovery body $5k, misc. body work, missing parts, etc. another $5k, suspension $4k, engine $6-10k, $10k engine build. That's $30k right there but add in an additional $10-15k because it will be spent somewhere on it. $40-45k, hell..just make it $50k invested over 3 years = $17k p/ year.
$75k spent and still no H1. *shakes head* that's just not going to work...i will have a non-pussy hummer. No suburban or trailblazer kitted bullshit but an all out 7,200 to 7.800 pound 8 foot wide sexy beast. If done right most of it can be written off under the business...depending on the latest tax loopholes.
