a "brokeometer" is a new VW GTi ad that came out in the march 06' automobile magazine. i got it and thougth it was kinda funny. its basicly a little sticker made to look like the speedo of a new GTi..but its stuck at like 18mph. ur suppose to stick it over ur speedo when u get pulled over and say that ur speedo is broken. here's the ad on ebay...
