what kind of cage is that a powers ???? do you want to sell the cage ???? lmk

Yea that's a powers cage, i know because it use to be mine (the cage, not the bike). I sold it to the guy who previosly owned this bike and he put it on that 900rr.. i also have a 900rr that i stunt.. But i know the previous owner of this bike and he never stunted it. He's actually not capable.. sorry keith :)

Fuck U

dont be a dick to the guy just cause is offering you what he thinks is reasonable for a stunted bike with very high miles. shit, i wouldnt give you 4k for it, not the way im sure its been treated and the kind of miles it has

yeaiwonder88
05-07-2006, 05:28 PM
well how the fuck would you know i def havent miss treated this bike....and the owner before me who put the crash cage on didnt either read earlier post....yea and thats a fucking insult 1500 so yea and u wouldnt know if the bike has been stunted or not.....of course i do an endo or wheelie every now and then but everyone who owns a bike does......so yea....shut it...

yeaiwonder88
05-07-2006, 05:30 PM
in all seriousness i have babied the bike and the only reason why im and getting rid of this one is because i need a car that saves on gas...not an suv....

ECMgarrett
05-07-2006, 05:37 PM
its not an insult (his price), its a fair market value for a heavily used bike. good luck with you sale, at the 4k price its going to be yours for a while

05-07-2006, 05:48 PM

actually no. There are PLENTY of us who do mtn runs, track days, without pulling wheelies or endo's.

in pics, you are stunting in a parking lot with no helmet doing wheelies and endo's, a crash cage is just screaming "stunna". Put your bike up on stuntlife.com and see how many people laugh at you for the price. Everyone knows the value of a "stunted" bike, and the high ass mileage doesnt help.

Seriously, in all kidding aside...you'd be lucky to get 2k on a good day. Or, find someone who knows absolutely nothing about bikes and you could probably get 5k-6k.

yeah...your pics are on your myspace.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but let's be serious about this. If you were in any shape or form a true sportbike rider....you'd have to see the argument we are making.

hell, in the last pic with you on the bike....the crash cage has rash on it. Now how'd that happen.

as for mods, hate to break this to you....they do not in any way shape or form add value.

yeaiwonder88
05-07-2006, 06:04 PM
so youve riden the bike? Seen it in person? And name something that the bike has done to it other than the exhaust....

yeaiwonder88
05-07-2006, 06:05 PM

K, you have stickers on the upper fairing. You capped off the mirrors. You had the rear rim lip polished (or you just removed the paint), since you like to wheelie it, you probably have the sprockets changed. The obvious one, the crash cage, and you have a Wiley Co slip on.

I dont see your front turn signals, so if you did a flush job....it's really good, or you just removed them.

yeaiwonder88
05-07-2006, 06:08 PM
and correction you are trying to be a dick...or else you would have never brought it up in the first place....and you dont know a damn thing about this bike but thanks anyways i know ur just trying to help

hey man, I'm really not trying to be a dick. You are really coming off like an ass, and I know you are just trying to sell it, but facts are facts man.

I didnt notice the 17's....sorry...mine came from the factory with them, alot of the newer bikes have the 17's stock.

Put it on Georgiasportbike.com, or stuntlife.com and I assure you they will be alot worse then us. Your best bet is to ride down to the southside and find a thug who doesnt know jack squat about bikes and will give you your asking price. It's been done before....two of my buddies got way more than then should have for some F3's....doing it that way.

I saw that, but also keep looking and see what the other bikes that are newer going for the same prices. There's a fair market value, and the two older CBR's will not sell for those prices....I mean, heck there's a 03 600RR for $5000.

I'm telling you....ride down to buckhead one night and have a 4 sale sign on it, or you and a few friends hit up the varsity on the weekends, and you will find a guy who will get you cash for it.

Fuck U

i told you i wasnt tryin to lowball.. but it will need alot of work soon with that milage.. and since we KNOW it was stunted...

i was just throwin the price out, knew it wasnt gettin taken, but thats what i think it would be worth.. you shoulda seen some of the old offers i got on my car.. and it had 50K into it.. not your give or take 5K that you have in that bike

argetni
05-08-2006, 11:23 AM
hey man dont worry about the haters they have nothing beter to do with there day . and if there is anyone thinking 35 k is high milage on that bike they are 2 ways to look at it 35k is alot of seat time on a bike but i have seen 03 modles with 30 k on them . and there is a guy in cali who has a 96 900rr daily rider b/c you can split lanes out there and it is awsome in la trafic . but he has 280,000 miles on his bike stock motor just has done all of the matniance when he has soupose to as far as stunting i am a stunter and a good rider will do less damage to a bike than a racer think how often a racer will change there clutch probly every 2-3 races and rebiuld there motor 2 times a season . the only time i have know anyone to have to change there clutch is when they first learn rolling burn outs witch is not bad as far as burning up the motor that only realy happens when amatures do not put enough oil in or put a extended oil pick up in the oil pans but cbrs do not need b/c the pick up is already at the back of the pan. anyway all i am trying to say is that stunting is not as bad on the bike as people think it is not like you have to go and put alot of after market parts on to stunt also i know several people that have gage and could not wheelie and would not ever try they are die hard corner junkies . the only have cages to protect there bikes . and the run freestyle caget b/c you can remove the lowwer hoops to drag there knees ..
