i got tired of working on the motor of the bastard child, so i worked more on alingment on the body panels, and worked on mounting the lip kit.

all dents are one did some rear 1/4 word, pulled out the dent, and had to use a smigen of bondo cause of a crease. but looks good. all primed up, tomorrow is sanding, and possibly taping off, and sunday it gets sprayed!

those gray little patches you got going around... are those bondo used to fix dents? or what?

curious, venturing to do some body work but dont know whats needed

JDMBeau
06-10-2006, 07:23 PM
the ones on the door are bondo covered with dupont filler primer.

the one on the rear 1/4 there was a creased dent. welded things to it and pulled it out, then swipped bondo over the creased part, then sprayed filler primer.

bondo isnt used for deep dents. if you try to use it, then it will crack. its ment to use over real shallow dents. you shouldnt be able to really hear any "dead spots" when knocking.
