What all do i need to do a rear view cam and just a 7inch-ish monitor. to constantly play/act as my rearview mirror? As cheap as possible of course. I'm gonna fiberglass the mount and put the cam in the tag.

If you want to do a cheap setup just get a monitor and a cam. Depending on the quality of the cam, you will spend more on a cam. I have a CCD water proof I can sell you for like $60. If you come to the V meet downtown this thursday, I have installed in my girlfriends car so you can see the quality. I promise you wont be disapointed in the quality and hers in installed in the rear bumper.

if you are doing a backup cam, dont be cheap, make sure you get a wide angle so you can see. A friends ex backed his truck into a pole cause she couldnt see it.

The cams I have are the "fish eye" style lens. They have the same look as a wide angle or like those broadview? wide view mirror.
