Yeah I saw it a few times last night, its strange cause you think the tone is pretty playful then it gets serious real quick.

caught one a few nights ago watching Conan. def wasn't expecting that.
i'll give vw props, there are some damn safe cars.


the accident below is a tt getting crushed and thrashed around that got caught under an 18wheeler..the drive walked away

^ ya i saw that weeks ago on GMA... dude got side swiped by a semi then hit by a bus... they said the cabin of the TT was still intact even though the condition of the car ;)

just saw the shit last night funny... is it me or was the jetta lowered w/ rims? maybe it was just the crash but it looked better wrecked then it does normal

pretty good commercials but not nearly as good as unpimping zee auto.

they should at least have the crazy german guy in the lab coat jump out and yell '"OH SNAP!" when the cars get hit.

Yah. I've seen a few of them. Everytime I see one, I wanna go buy another dub. Their marketing strategy really is great.

I've never seen a mini commercial.

VW obviously did a better job of 'putting it out there'

The driver did not walk away. He was in the hospital all banged up. I saw an Interview they made with him, The whole incident was recorded by the car behind him.

He did not look as bad as you would think for that kind of wreck, But he was beat up.
