I smell gas

I smelled gas earlier today, like around noon... I went into kitchen, made sure that all of them were off... looked around, couldnt find anything... whatever... couldnt hear any leaks. The smell went away (i guess i just got used to it) Like 10 mins ago, my sister just got home and shes like is there a gas leak or something then im like oh shit.. Went into garage, (gas furnace) couldnt smell anything... I dont know

I have a huge paper due tomorow so this is the last thing i need... lol Anyone know how to shut it off completely so i can finish the paper and worry about this later.

lol i cant smell it no more, nor can anyone in my house... I think its safe to say its gone? And I cant find the gas service's phone number... nor do I know who it is... I guess it'll have to wait til tomorow, meanwhile, I have a 10.75 more pages to write for this 11 page report. ;(

yea im sure the gas company would rather hear about how your house smells like gas (well not really gas cause natural gas has no smell they just put a type of perfume into it so it can be recognized) than hearing about it blow up.

damn... its odorless right.... I smelled the smell you get when you turn on the gas stove without the flame, that smell.... Maybe this is the reason i'm so ADD today and cant finish this damn paper, or even start on it.

shits pssing me off ... I think I'll call the gas company... damn i dont know how im gonna take a shower in the morning without hot water though

yea its oderless before they send it into the pipelines for homes/buisnesses. they put a smell on it so it dont kill you w/o warning. like chuck norris would while you were camping.
