How do you give someone a neutral rep? I have gotten a few of them and any time I try it, it is either positive or negative rep. Also what is the point of them?

nothing is the point. its just to be mean and be like ha, you neither go up or down for that comment. what an asshole thing to do.

neutral is when someone has no or little rep and tries to rep you

A person in the red tring to rep you will leave a neutral rep. It will neither add nor take away points. One question back at you, though....why in the goddamn hail are you so concerned with your fucking rep points? Later, QD.

I was just wondering why people would even bother to say +1 in the comment area and not give you a positive rep. Is that too much to ask for Mr. Stretch?
