a good nights sleep can help you lose weight.... less than 8 hours of sleep increases the hormone that makes us hungry and lessens the one that makes us full

hmmm i sleep 8 hours but im still hungry as a bitch...i think its false and if its not why does my 320 lb weighin fat ass not lose any weight when i go on diets and work out lol. ehh

You work out fat turns into muscles and fat weighs less than muscle so you stay about the same weight. That is why my 140 pound ass barely looses weight when I exercise more, but my flab around my waist stays the same.

I dont think the sleep thing works....it is all about how high or low your metaboisism is...
