this guy is str8 up, all you have to do if you want is go to the DMV down south of atl, and get a title bonded, its cheap, and easy. You can get the title back!
Ive met this guy, i dont think he remember's me but I bought that set of s2000 wheels from you a long time ago. :)

how does a title bond work without the orginal owner signing the title over b/c when you drive that car home and get stopped by a cop, you have no way of proving ownership and that you just bought the car and the car is still registered to the guy with the title on the northside?
