i heard a knock in mine too! then two days later i figured out it was a rod bearing when it locked up and broke the rod in half! oh yeah then it came through the block.

no fixing that shit. lol

i have a couple of heads but u probably need to rebuild it or buy a new one. i know a guy that will pull it and rebuild it pretty cheap.
