Yeah, well a while back my computer broke again for some stupid shit reason. Well the computer fixing place made up some stupid excuse saying I need a new mother board and all. So the replace that damn thing and when I got it back I plug my speakers in and all they wont work. None of the speakers work that I plug into the speaker thing. Well, I have this thing on the computer AV rack.. Not sure wtf that is its icon is like a blue robot crab monster. But I don't think its for my speakers. I have a thing in the comtrol panel that says Sound effect manager and all. Anything I do in there doesn't make a flipin diffrence. So anyone know how I can get the volume to work on this thing. B/c I like the hear whats goin on in my porno instead of gussing what the chick is saying, instead of making up some words. Everyone that post something that sounds helpfull I'll rep you if that would help. :)

right click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager

Look in here for any Yellow Caution Symbols. There may be one under Sound, Video and Game Controllers. If so, you need to download the audio driver for your machine. Post if this is the case, and we'll help you figure out what driver you need to download.

just go ahead and try to re-install the driver for the new motherboard. that should help, if not then you should try go into the sound settings and see if something looks out of the ordinary.

Ok, well I installed the drivers still didn't help. I have no clue what would be wrong in the sound settings

take some screen shots of what the sounds options look like. i know this is a gimme but make sure everything is hooked up right in the back.... as simple as it may seem it happens on accident sometimes.
