I may be selling my Lude because I have found another one that I want really bad to start another project. This Lude has a B20A head on a B21A1 bottom and pulls hard! I am selling it for what I had to get a loan on it for the other Lude and the swap on it.. I am only asking for what I owe on it!

T Belt was done a year ago with the water pump. Emissions should be no prob. I bought this car from Jason (Daily Interlude) on this site that has the 88-89 (not sure which one) with a H22A so he knows how to build motors (he built the motor and dropped it in for me before I bought it). I bought this car for $3,000 from him so you are not getting a bad deal. I have found a VERY NICE 91 Prelude that I want to start project on. It has the valet key, normal key, all the records, Honda CD player, Honda tape deck, Honda Alarm with keyles entry, owner has had it since 11,*** miles, and I have wanted to find a black Lude.

Mileage is unkown because it is exempt... I used to be certified to do emissions and I think it is because someone has put the wrong mileage in one year and the state saw the truth the next year (What it really was supposed to be) and thought it has been tampered with. If the mileage is 100,000 and the inspector hits the 2 key instead of the 1 the the next year the mileage entered is 150,00 the state think that the mileage has been tampered with just because the inspector f ed it up. I have done this before and they came back to me and told me about it and showed me the papers (I was new at the time).

I get nothing but compliments out of this car and will miss it. There is only one other person that has a clean Lude on this site (3rd gen) and that is the old owner of it Jason (Daily Interlude) that built mine. I have had people stop me and make offers for it at stop lights. I had a man in his 60s offer 4,500 (I wish I knew his number!) because he wanted a car that "He could scoot around the North with in the mountains". People love seeing the wheels turn and ask questions when I am in a parking lot with it and the see the wheels turn.

I used to own a 1994 Si 4wheel steering, and for the fact, the rear wheels dont turn the oppisite way, the turn the same way as the front, but only up to a 30 degree angle, these cars handle awsome! they can make a u turn on a dime, probably one of the best idea's honda had made besides the VTEC.

At low speeds, like making a u turn, the wheels will turn opposite directions (like what you see in the pics), but @ highway speed, they turn the same direction for better manueverability. If they turned the opposite direction @ highway speeds, you would likely spin out. Any pics of the engine? I wanna meet up and check out the car.

The only thing that is wrong with it is the radiator... It needs one and has a leak up top... It drives fine but you have to keep adding fluid... I don't really have time or money to put into it so I am selling it so I can finish the Black one that I bought...

$1,300 is not going to get you this car. The only reason I am selling it for this cheap is because that is what I needed for the other Prelude and the swap. I am NOT MAKING ANY MONEY OFF THIS SELL! This is the payoff that I owe for the white Lude so I could get the black Lude and you can ask the loan company. My firts payment is in June so the payoff is $2,242. I am even putting the $42 so that it can be sold! Alright guys, if you do buy this car at the price specified, you can make money parting it out. Or you can buy a car as a piece and have a perfectly sweet prelude, without ac. Or of course, you can get a EG hatch shell, buy this car and swap everything you can into the civic, put a crappy engine into the lude and sell it for say $2500 on autotrader. Then you end up with a free engine and extra $300. If I had time and now money (bill for my broken arm came at $1400), I seriously would get it.

Too me!!!!!! Still atlludeguy just with a 3rd gen instead of the 5th gen. Nice ride David! May be calling you a bit with questions but not too much. Anyways it drove great home even with the bad radiator. It did get a bit hot but it was an hour drive so I was pushing my luck. Once I get the radiator and a new thermostat I will let you know how it is running.

You my sir are incorrect, it looks exactly like in the pics minus the drop and rims. The paint is just as good in the pics. Interior is fine. Whatever your friend saw or whatever must have been another car. Yeah of course there are some things that need to be addressed on the inside, but the car was 2000 dollars you aren't getting mint my friend. Once I drop it and put rims on it it will look just like it does in the pics he posted. damn what an asshat.

Other than the wheels and springs it is the same...
I am pretty sure the headunit was in there when he came to check it out so that is no excuse to bitch about it.
I am glad you are happy with it.. I had 2 members from the site the next day asking to meet to buy it and were pissed because you got it.
