they are actually $234.99 new at frys and that is for the expanded package.. with a game / movie and some other shit!

Yeah and if you wait a few more weeks, they are coming out with some that dont have anything but the PSP and the regular accessories for like $200 bucks. I just talked to the guys at Best Buy and they told me.
