i just like the smaller wing. it gives the car a cleaner look IMO. alot of people de-wing the SRT-4 and i do not like that at all but i've seen SRT-4's with the base wing and i like it.

I agree with not lovin the srt wing, and debated on shavin it many times also. Honestly i still dont know what the hell im gonna do... I mean the damn thing is somwhat functional. :confused:

Ya the "wing" on our cars is pretty much worthless..I am thinking of going with the Carbon by Design PVO spoiler....there is a place that sells colored plugs for the stock holes...but if your trunk is anything but yellow you can use a neon trunk from a junk yard and mount the new fin. (the yellows don't match up with the neon). :rolleyes:

Okay let me give you noobs the low down... :headslap: I removed my wing once, and took it with a buddy of mine down to road atlanta...coming down the hill, I down shifted, the ass end broke, and into the sand I went...hence why my front end has been completely replaced. Two months later I went back with the wing reattached, and had no issues. The only thing about the big joker is that it looks like a bread basket handle. Kaminari makes a bad ass wing that looks alot better...matter of fact, here is a pic.

that is a good lookin wing but on a car without a kit i think i'd look out of place. :lmfao: --- it does look like a bread basket handle!!! as far as what happened at road atlanta the was most likely driver error...don't snap on me. i'm not saying ur a bad driver at all!!! its just the srt-4 is a FRONT wheel drive car and the only wing that will help a FWD car get downforce is a wing mounted to the hood. and that'd look worse than what we have now. the dude from lake-effect-racing won one lap of amercia in his DE-WINGED srt-4 in the FWD class(and 8th place total) so if he can go through a road course as fast as he did with no wing on his car the spoiler is not needed. once again i'm not saying ur a bad driver!!! i'm just saying the fact that it happened without the wing then did'nt happened with the wing is most likely because u had more experance in the car on road ATL.

thats what i really want to do(not lock'em up) i want to run road tracks in my car! i got my first track day may 6th at little tallidaga...i can't wait! been trying to get my suspension/brakes right for it. i'll have my brake work for sure but as far as my coilovers....uhhh...i'm pushin it. i really hope i have them though.

Ok..forget you ever saw that kit at all...you will catch rice fever from even lookin at it... ;) Maybe I should get that wing but again it may look even more extreme...but I do not like the factory wing all that much either..maybe I will just go with the carbon trunk and no wing

that is the only way acceptable to de-wing a srt-4 IMO. if u don't have a CF trunk then de-winging just looks fucked up to me.
