ok ...this wont work because they will deactivate this phone when they send you the replacement, why do you think they call it exchange...they expect you to send the old one back so they can see whats wrong with it so they can refurbish it...so whoever buys this phone wont be able to activate it.....you can ask pablo cause he works for a cell phone company and they have an exchange program as well...unless your sayin your going to sell the one they are sendin you...if thats the case...free bump

it would be pointless for him to do that ... Tmobile woulda made him pay full retail price for the fone... a friends SONY T610 got damaged... he tried to return it... They sent him a new one for 80 bux and he sent the old one back... They dissected the fone... found evidence of water or something ... and SHAZAAM they charged like 300 bux for the fone.
