naah, the outside, like the black plastic piece thar goes near the window, it goes all the way around it

yes...the cambers are complete...everything u need....except the bolts to actually bolt them in plac.e..which u can use ur Original ones....but everything is there....a direct replacement.....and the CF fenders are not M3 they are OEM....

-and i check on the rubber htingy its not there either..sorry
