Man, I think it was the last takedown and few elbow shots that won it for Ortiz. Tito fuckin gave it to him in round one though. :goodjob:

I ain't gonna lie, I was kinda upset at the Andrei/Tim fight, partially cuz I'm guilty of slightly jumping on Arlovsky's bandwagon haha.

I'd like to see Griffin/Ortiz fight again when Tito gets back to 100%, he had to be pretty far off his game last night fighting with a torn ACL. Dunno how he's gonna get back to condition in time for his fight with Shamrock.

yeah, and Sylvia was fighting with a broken arm... broke it during training 2 weeks ago.... he took on hell of a punch and got right back up!!!

and i dont feel that Titos 3rd round takedown should give him the win.... Forrest had multiple take down defences in that round, he was more agrresive from the guard than Tito was from the top, and he got back to his feet........ all good, get better Tito because Ken is gonna F you up!!!!

Yeah, I agree that Forrest was more productive in that 3rd round takedown, but maybe it was the fact that Ortiz got the takedown that did it for the judges I dunno. Was I the only one that thought in round one Forrest had a kind of "What the fuck is happening" look while he was getting the elbows dropped on him after the takedown in round 1, I was worried they were gonna end up stopping it since the bigger cut was right over his eye.

the fight was bullshit. arlovski knocked him out and just looked at him cuz it was over. and the ref lets the dude get back up and hit him. silvia was completely out and laid back. his knees were gone. arlovski got on top to hit him but he saw that he was out so he just stoped. UFC is becoming a bunch of bullshit about money. all these fights are full of shit. tito got his face beaten in and still wins. if that fight went any further he would have been knocked out.

I just now got around to seeing it (takes awhile for it to pop up on torrents) and it was pretty awesome lol.. loved that last fight tho, was a true come back, a lucky one, but awesome heh.. I don't buy into Tim's saying that Arlovski's right didn't hurt him... that thing caught him fucking flush on the jaw, he was hurt big time, just happened to get lucky with Arlovski stepping right into that right straight. Pretty cool, first UFC PPV I've watched in a LONG time... like since the mid 90's. Definatly lookin' forward to next months Gracie vs. Hughes, gotta see how good Royce still is, it's pretty weird seeing him speak pretty good english lol, I remember when he first joined he could barely say anything in english heh.

That was an awesome fight. I just dled it a couple of days ago. To those who said sylvias win was bullshit, THAT is bullshit. He was compeltely aware and able to defend himself when he hit the ground. Arvloski wasnt able to mount and plant any decent shots. If you watch their first match, it was almost the same exact ending, but sylvia smartened up and didnt give arvloski a leg. Once again... awesome fight.
