obd1 -> obd2 conversion ?

I have a 1994 obd1 jdm h22 in a 1997 ek hatchback


I need to convert the OBD1 wiring harness into an OBD2 so i can get emissions done


does anyone know where i can find this harness and how much would it run for??
i have no idea...

also, would this be a hard process? or is it just plug and play
