i live in charlotte, and i can honestly tell you that based on the last 2 shows, coming up here to HIN is not worth it at all. they have it at the merchandise mart, which lets just say is not the safest area of town, and it is small as hell. i have no idea why they dont have it at the convention center downtown. its so much bigger and there is more parking and the area is safer. and as far as having meets, the cops kick you out anywhere you go, even if youre just hangin out. im sure there will be some crazy afterparties at clubs, but other than that, i dunno...

i mean if you live up here like i do, its all good, itll prolly be a decent show, but i wouldnt drive all the way from ATL lookin for a great show and tons of people out at meets and what not, because the cops got this city on lock for imports. unless youre big on clubs and afterparties, its not all that

UNCC allows meets for the F body clubs, so I'm 99% sure I can get an import meet there.

As for the parties, they were UNCC too...no clubs.

If all goes as planed (i'll find out by tomorow) tickets for entrance with a HIN entrance stub will get you a $5.00 discount at the club door. I will post the club as soon as we get the ok from the promoters and the clubs owners in the afternoon. Take care

The Westin downtown is were its at. Its kinda pricy but youll sleep like a champ and the view is nice. they also have AAA discount rates which will help and have security in the enclosed parking garage
