Can be used on any carrier that uses a SIM card.

Battery cover is scratched up a little, and a few nicks that arent noticeable.
Never been dropped.

Has some ring tones, I will also supply the software to install ring tones for free.

Comes with charger and car charger.

Bluetooth compatible. Will provide Motorola bluetooth headset for free. Please dont ask for pics of the headset, it is free and works.

The back cover is not an OEM cover, you can get one, or I maybe able to get one for real cheap.

I'd lower the price if I were you. Cingular has them for like $70 with a 2yr. agreement now since the SLVR came out. Might make it harder to sell.

hey ran kizama, like you said 2 year contract at cingular lol, i rather buy this one for this price then sign a 2 year contract.. do the math. you'll end up losing more signing that 2 year contract..
