Why do people bother to race someone, if all they are going to do is make excuses when they loose? If you dont think your car is running right, and you are going to use that as an exxcuse... JUST DONT F'ING RACE!
Its comical to read through countless threads and see the following:
"I'm only running x pounds of boost, when I could be/should be running y pounds"
"My bottle is almost emply"
"My bottle pressure is low"
"I dont have my bottle, but the car is tuned for it"
"I'm on street tires and my car doesnt hook on street tires"
"I ran from a roll, but my car runs better from a dig"
"I ran from a dig, but my car runs better from a roll"
"My car isnt tuned well right now"
"I cant drive that well"
So...what do we do in these and other similiar circumstances.... WE DONT RACE. Unless you just like to race, or you like to get beat.
If you just like to race so much that its worth it just for the competition, then go for it. But, if you still inisit on racing, dont f'ing whine when/if you do get beat.
The only thing I can think is that some people think that if they say their car is running bad, and they do happen to win, it makes the win even more "impressive" somehow, because it would have been even worse if they were running "right." I dont think Ive actually seen this be succussful, though.
