I like very clean lined cars, Not to over done and easy on the eyes. I am not really into wild conversions, etc... To me something simple and clean is my fav.

i personally like show/go... there is no car that looks good stock so everything needs to be played with :D , then driven for fun.

In my time on IA I have tried:
Show
Drag
Mountain Run
Drifting
Road Course
and by far I love each and every one of them. I dont hate.
but by far, Ive caught the drift bug and will be involved with that for a while!

mountain run seems like the most enjoyable to me. As far as cars go, a simple lip kit can make most cars look great. Nothing gaudy or "xtreme", etc. No buzzbomb mufflers please. Almost any car can have a decent sounding exhaust if done properly.

I used to be all about the go and no show, but
now I really don't prefer one thing more than the other cause it's just fun as hell
no matter which way you go.

I just go for a physically clean car with no rust. Preferably one color. Then I slap some wide wheels, suspension and a powerfull motor in it and call it the day. I drive these around whether it be school, kroger, party, out of state trip etc. I indulge my self in pleasure of driving it/them around. It's a 1000 car with 10,000 in modifications, but I cant spend the $1 for a sponge and dishwashing soap nor have the patience to was the car. I guess its an expensive beater. Doesnt make much sense but thats what it is. I dont drag, drift, touge etc. I drive it around like your mom drives her car around, but just faster.

hm, clean car - it has to have the looks
but
being built up needs to be necessary too
but not too much of both ( ie. not a trailer queen or an unreliable dragster 500whp )
those clean daily drivers that have some of both worlds

I love nice cars/wagons/SUVs with big deep dish wheels. 22's, 23's, 24's, 26's, 28's! The more chrome the better! :D
I also love fast fucking cars too. Honda's don't do much for me so I tend to like more muscle, German, Lamborghini's and Ferrari's.

I like to head to the strip and go down the twisties. i would rather have a balanced car than one that is dominate in one area. but i must admit, i enjoy just sitting around BSing with people just as much. Put any two of those together and i will be there.

I do it for the respect because sometimes that's more important than making it away with the money... Spilner taught me that and its held dear to my heart since.
Oh, and I like car shows cause it never gets old making fun of ricers... never. =]

We need some sort of matrix to determine how much of each one you are. I'm a mix of these, specifically in this order:
Mountain Runs: (i like the twisties)
AutoX: (put the car to the test)
Time Attack: (i like racing the clock)
Drag: (i live my life a 1/4 at a time)
Show: (i like the bling/jdm)
Once I get a 240 or another RWD car, I'll try a throw a lil drifting into the mix, just to see what the hell the hype is about.

I havent gotten around much to actually racing my car frequently so I put up OG, hanging out at the shows and meets. I'd much rather autox or race on a road course than a drag strip.

Where is the road circuit like Road Atlanta?
MongolPup
04-11-2006, 08:01 AM
Chose AutoX and Mountain...however I would have chosen road racing too, if it was on there. Theres something to be said for actually being able to drive your car, not just floor it and shift.

i'm a noob still learning what i like. thus far i'd like to try drag and i'd like to learn drift...really wanna drift. Sounds like it takes a lot of control to do. kinda interest me.

I've never been one for driving around cones in a parking lot. Once you get it on a real road course like Road Atlanta, you will never go back to anything less.

Drifting is my addiction, being in control like that is crazy!! Mountain runs are starting to look very interesting though.
